NOVUS CONCEPTUS develops software and provides integration, consulting, support, information, and training services for businesses and individuals. This statement applies to all software products and services we provide.

NOVUS CONCEPTUS collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of lawful and proper operation of its services, as well as to offer the best possible user experience to our customers and website visitors. Certain data is collected directly from users (e.g. when a user signs up or contacts support). Additional data is collected indirectly through cookies and similar technologies, which help ensure the proper operation of our products or assist in identifying and resolving issues, as well as improving our services. In each case, personal data is collected lawfully and always with the appropriate user interface (UI) elements when required.

1) Compliance with applicable law or to respond to a valid legal process, which may also be requested by law enforcement or other governmental authorities.

2) To operate and maintain the security of our products, including preventing or addressing attacks on our computer systems or networks and protecting the rights or property of NOVUS CONCEPTUS.

Retention Period of Personal Data

The storage and processing of customer and user data of our services are performed exclusively and only to the extent permitted by law or in accordance with the user's valid consent and only for as long as required to fulfill the purposes of processing (unless a longer retention period is required).

Personal Data stored by NOVUS CONCEPTUS is kept only for as long as strictly necessary. However, under certain circumstances, NOVUS CONCEPTUS may retain Personal Data for a longer period to comply with legal obligations or to defend itself against legal claims.

Location of Data Processing

The headquarters and facilities of NOVUS CONCEPTUS are located in Greece; therefore, all processing activities are conducted in our facilities within Greek territory. For better service delivery, NOVUS CONCEPTUS may use cloud infrastructure hosted in Greek data centers and Microsoft Azure.
In the case of Microsoft Azure, only data centers located within the European Union are used.

How to Access and Control Your Personal Data

Users of NOVUS CONCEPTUS products and services can request information at any time regarding their Personal Data held by NOVUS CONCEPTUS, and may request the correction or deletion of such data. NOVUS CONCEPTUS may delete data only when no legal obligation requires its retention or when there is no other legitimate reason to maintain it.
 Deletion of a user’s data may prevent NOVUS CONCEPTUS from continuing to provide its services to that user if such services require the use of those data.

If NOVUS CONCEPTUS processes personal data on the basis of a contract with the user or to enter into a contract with the user, the user may request a copy of their personal data. Deletion of a user’s data may prevent NOVUS CONCEPTUS from continuing to provide its services to that user if such services require the use of those data.

Users may also request that NOVUS CONCEPTUS restrict any processing of their Personal Data in the following cases:

  1. The Personal Data held by NOVUS CONCEPTUS is inaccurate
  2. There is no lawful basis for NOVUS CONCEPTUS to process the Personal Data, and the user requests restriction of processing instead of deletion
